What it is
Cali's party street
La Calle del Sabor grew out of salsa gatherings downtown and since 2021 it's a weekly ritual: every Friday, thousands of locals and visitors take over a block to dance, eat and meet.
There's no box office and no guest list. The street's businesses run it together with the City of Cali, and it remains public and free.
